I meticulously managed the timeline of design assets crafted by the Design team, offering strategic guidance on material selection and vendor partnerships. From initial planning and coordination with designers to overseeing production, timely delivery, and precise installation, my responsibilities spanned the full spectrum of asset management. Facilitating seamless communication across teams, I ensured updates were shared, progress monitored, and emerging requirements addressed effectively. Additionally, I advised on the selection of appropriate vendors, material types, printing methods, and oversaw production runs to ensure project success. This extensive coordination extended beyond outlet renovations to include expansions into various cities. As a project manager, I maintained meticulous planning and execution standards across all outlets.

In addition to outlets, I managed design assets for ongoing events and facilitated design assets for launches of new coffee, cacao, sweet & savoury baked goods. I also implemented internal systems to streamline the use of design assets across company verticals, ensuring accurate asset ordering and installation at cafes. Additionally, I advised on the selection of appropriate vendors, paper types, printing methods, foiling, debossing, cover materials, and oversaw production runs to ensure project success.
